Krutee Shah, AIA, LEED AP
After serving as Managing Partner at Lighthouse Architecture LLC, where she spent 12 years managing the firm’s operations, Krutee brings over 17 years of design experience to Paradigm. Her commitment to the creation of sound workplans, budgets, and schedules for every project ensures that each design is created within a client’s established parameters.
Her keen understanding and balancing of practical, real-world concerns with the conceptual explorations of our design studio has helped to create work that seeks to exceed client expectations, while her attention to detail and accuracy has allowed each of our projects to achieve the highest level of design and service to our clients. Her experience includes a wide range of projects including; public schools, medical office buildings, hospitality projects (hotels & restaurants), adult day care centers, senior living, assisted living, residential, retail, etc. Krutee received her Bachelor of Architecture from Academy of Architecture in Mumbai, INDIA in 1994.
Nayan Shah, AIA, LEED AP
Nayan brings over 17 years of design experience in a broad range of building & project types. His critical
conceptual thinking and evaluation process during design fosters an atmosphere of investigation and
intellectual rigor. Nayan believes that every project has an opportunity to develop the power of art and
architecture, and he works tirelessly with clients to develop the best solution for their needs that is at
once, inspiring and functional.
His experience includes a wide range of projects including; educational campuses, hospitals, hospitality
projects (hotels & restaurants), schools, corporate offices, research laboratories, pharmaceutical &
biotech manufacturing facilities, warehouses, master planning, community planning, residential, retail,
etc. Nayan has had the opportunity to work on projects throughout the world including the United
States, India, Denmark, Ireland, Brazil, Mexico, Singapore, Slovenia. Nayan received his Bachelor of
Architecture from the Academy of Architecture in Mumbai, India in 1994 and his Master of Architecture
& Urban Design from University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA in 2000.
